International Hindi Olympiad 2025 and Amrit Kumbh Samman 2025
The International Hindi Olympiad & Amrit Kumbh Samman are esteemed competitions that provide students & teachers from various countries an opportunity to showcase their proficiency in the Hindi language. It aims to foster international cultural exchange, encourage linguistic diversity, and strengthen the bond between Hindi-speaking communities worldwide. By participating in this event, students & teachers enhance their language skills, cultural awareness, and broaden their global perspectives.
2. The International Hindi Olympiad organized by the Hindi Olympiad Foundation, aims to promote the Hindi language and enhance students' knowledge of it. Here are the key points regarding the competition, students, teachers, and inquiry details:
Participants: Students from class 1 to class 10 are eligible to participate.
Competition Phases:
For classes 1 and 2, the competition is conducted in a single phase.
For classes 3 to 10, there are two phases. The first phase is conducted at the school level, and the second phase is conducted internationally.
3. Selection Criteria: Competitors scoring more than 80% marks in the first phase examination at the school level will proceed to the second phase examination conducted internationally.
4. Awards and Recognition:
Contestants securing top positions at the international level will receive certificates, trophies, and cash prizes.
Certificates of appreciation will be given to all participants and teachers.
Talented students securing first, second, and third positions at the school level will be honored with letters and medals.
5. Approval: The International Hindi Olympiad is approved by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
6. Registration and Examination Details:
An entry fee of 10 USD per participant is charged by the school, with 2 USD retained by the school for expenses.
The examination will be held on specified dates from August to November.
Student details for examination must be submitted to the Hindi Olympiad Foundation 15 days before the examination date.
The exam duration is one hour, consisting of multiple-choice questions based on general grammar and language knowledge.
Registered students will receive two mock tests, sample papers, and previous year question papers for practice (Register by 31st May 2025 to participate in both Mock Tests).
7. Communication and Forms:
Schools are required to use Hindi language while filling the registration form.
Care must be taken to provide clear and correct information to avoid errors.
