Pongal Festival Celebration

High Commission of India Celebrated Pongal Festival with Wellington Mutamizh Sangam with Indian diaspora, as part of our outreach and AKAM celebration. High Commission along with members of Tamil Associations and other community members celebrated the Pongal Festival and showcased the culture of South. Pongal was celebrated in a traditional way, offered prayers ta Sun God, thanked farmers, boiling the milk, and cultural dance and music.
